HOW DO I ORDER MY BABY GEAR?
Take a look at our product pages. We offer a variety of big and small items to meet your every need. We can take your order over the phone (1-877-242-4067), over email at or by filling out our form on the order page. If you don't see exactly what you are looking for let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
HOW DOES THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WORK?
A Rental Agreement needs to be signed and sent to us prior to your rental. An emailed or texted picture of your signed agreement sent to is great. We will send you the rental agreement once we receive your rental request.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, credit cards or e-transfers. A Credit Card is required for your reservation and item insurance purposes, but cash is acceptable at delivery if you prefer.
HOW DOES DELIVERY OR PICK UP WORK?
Items can be picked up at pre-arranged times at our home-based location in NW Calgary for no charge. Exact address will be given once your rental is confirmed. We are 20 minutes from the Calgary Airport. Delivery is also available in Calgary & Area for an additional charge depending on your location. We can accommodate deliveries to Banff, Canmore, Airdrie, Cochrane, and surrounding areas. We offer delivery to hotels and airports. If possible, your delivery will be made before you arrive and will be waiting for you at the Guest Services.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require 48 hours notice prior to the pre-arranged delivery or pick up time to cancel your reservation. Under 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your rental fee. You will be charged 100% of your rental fee if you cancel within 24 hours notice or if you do not show up to pick up your items. If you have to cut your stay short, please let us know and you will receive a reasonable refund.
CAN I EXTEND MY RESERVATION?
If you are planning to extend your reservation and need your items for a longer period of time please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you.
SPECIAL INFORMATION ABOUT CAR SEATS
All of our car seats are up to date and comply with Canada's Transportation regulations. Due to liability reasons Little Traveller cannot install or help you install any car seats. You are responsible for installing the car seat in your car. Installation manuals will be provided with each car seat and you can find more information and how-to videos on the internet. If you are involved in a motor vehicle accident, please contact us immediately so that a replacement seat can be delivered ASAP. A car seat must be destroyed after it has been in an accident.
HOW DOES YOUR REPLACEMENT COST WORK?
A replacement cost will be charged if an item is missing, damaged or broken. Your credit card may be charged additional fees when the order is checked over after your rental but you will be notified before this happens. We understand children are not always predictable so reasonable wear and tear are expected.
HOW DO YOU CLEAN & SANITIZE YOUR EQUIPTMENT?
We clean and sanitize all of the equipment upon the return of the rental. If you are renting a playpen or a crib, we ask that you use both the waterproof pad and a sheet on the mattress. All other toys and other items are also cleaned thoroughly and regularly.
IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL CHARGE?
A minimum rental charge of $35 dollars does apply to all orders. This does not include delivery charges. If your order does not equal $35.00, consider adding a bucket of toys or giving your self an extra day or two to return the items.
